DOH-COLLIER GOLDEN GATE WIC OFFICE IS MOVING

Naples, Fla. —The Florida Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier) is excited to announce the Golden Gate WIC office is moving operations to the new Nichols Community Health Center in 2020. In preparation for this move, the Golden Gate WIC office will be working full-time out of the DOH-Collier Naples and Immokalee WIC offices beginning June 28, 2019. The last day patients will be seen at the Golden Gate WIC location will be June 27, 2019. DOHCollier wants to assure clients that there will be no disruption of WIC services and clients will have access to care at both the Naples and Immokalee WIC locations.
The Nichols Community Health Center will be located near Green and Collier Boulevards in East Naples on the edge of Golden Gate. The new center is anticipated to open in the Spring of 2020.
Hours of operation and contact information for the Naples and Immokalee WIC sites are:
Naples: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. 3339 East Tamiami Trail, Naples 34112. Call 239-2528208.
Immokalee: Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm. 419 North First Street, Immokalee 34142. Call 239252-7310.
WIC services and clients will have access to care at both locations and there will be no disruption in services.
