DOH-Collier COVID-19 Testing Hours

DOH-Collier changes COVID-19 testing hours for the Fourth of July 

Naples, Fla. — In observance of the Fourth of July the Florida Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier) will be closed on Friday, July 3, 2020. DOH-Collier will provide COVID-19 testing on an adjusted schedule June 29-July 2.

Note: There will be no COVID-19 testing on Sunday, July 5, 2020 in Immokalee.

COVID-19 testing hours for the week of the Fourth of July:

Testing at DOH-Collier Immokalee site: 419 North First Street, Immokalee, FL 34142.

  • Appointment only – all ages
    Monday-Thursday – 8:00am-5:00pm
    Symptomatic testing. Please call the DOH-Collier screening line at (239) 252-6220.
  • Walk-up testing – all ages
    Monday & Wednesday – 9:00am-5:00pm
    Tuesday & Thursday– 11:00am-7:00pm
    No referral is needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, and address.

Testing at DOH-Collier Naples site: 3339 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112.
