DOH-Collier updates COVID-19 testing hours for July 19 - July 25 

Naples, Fla. —The Florida Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier) will provide COVID-19 testing on an adjusted schedule Sunday, June 19, 2020 - Saturday, July 25, 2020.

COVID-19 testing hours for Sunday, July 19, 2020 – Saturday, July 25, 2020:

Testing at DOH-Collier Naples site: 3339 East Tamiami Trail, Naples, FL 34112.

  • DOH-Collier Determined High Priority Group Testing Only - Appointment only – All ages
    Daily, Monday, July 20, 2020 – Friday, July 24, 2020 – 9:00am-3:00pm
    Please call the DOH-Collier screening line at (239) 252-6220.
  • Appointment only, drive-thru testing – all ages
    Thursday, July 23, 2020 – 9:00am-3:00pm
    For an appointment call (239) 252-8230 on Tuesday, July 21, 2020 – 9:00am-4:00pm
    No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.

Testing at DOH-Collier Immokalee site: 419 North First Street, Immokalee, FL 34142.

  • DOH-Collier Determined High Priority Group Testing Only - Appointment only – All ages Daily, Monday, July 20, 2020 – Friday, July 24, 2020 – 8:00am-5:00pm
    Please call the DOH-Collier screening line at (239) 252-6220.
  • Walk-up testing – all ages
    Sunday, July 19, 2020 – 12:00pm-6:00pm
    Monday, July 20, 2020 and Wednesday, July 22, 2020 – 9:00am-1:00pm
    No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.
    Lightning, heavy rain, or gusty winds can slow operations or shut down the site.

Testing at Fellowship Church: 1411 Lake Trafford Road, Immokalee, FL 34142.

  • Walk-up testing – all ages
    Tuesday, July 21, 2020 and Thursday, July 23, 2020 – 3:00pm-7:00pm
    No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.
    Lightning, heavy rain, or gusty winds can slow operations or shut down the site.

Testing at Golden Gate Community Center: 4701 Golden Gate Pkwy., Naples, 34116.

  • Walk-up testing – all ages
    Friday, July 24, 2020 – 9:00am-1:00pm
    No referral needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to provide their name, contact phone number, address, date of birth.
    Lightning, heavy rain, or gusty winds can slow operations or shut down the site.

Through a partnership the Department of Emergency Management, Florida National Guard, Florida Department of Health, Lee County, and Collier County offers drive-thru testing at Century Link Sports Complex.

Testing at Century Link Sports Complex: 14100 Ben C. Pratt/Six Mile Cypress Pkwy, Fort Myers, FL 33916.

  • Drive-thru testing – 18 years and over
    Every Monday-Sunday – 9:00am-5:00pm
    Last car to be admitted through the gate is 3:00pm or when testing capacity reaches its limit.
    No referral is needed for testing. Clients do not need to have symptoms and will be asked to show a valid ID for everyone being tested.
    Lightning, heavy rain, or gusty winds can slow operations or shut down the site.
