Collier Beach Tests Show Acceptable Levels

Collier County, Fla. — Tests taken after Hurricane Helene show that there is no increased risk
of illness from swimming at Collier County beaches at this time.


Tests completed on Monday, September 30, 2024, indicate that the water quality at all Collier
County beaches show an acceptable level of Enterococcus bacteria established by state
guidelines. Test results are available at FloridaHealth.gov/HealthyBeaches.
