DOH-Collier Offices will Reopen for Limited Services Tuesday, September 19, 2017

Naples, Fla.— The Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier) will reopen Tuesday, September 19, 2017 for limited services at all three campuses.  These limited services will include:
  • HIV
  • WIC
  • Birth and Death Certificates

Please call (239) 252-8200 for Naples services, (239) 353-1274 for Golden Gate WIC, and (239) 252-7300 for Immokalee services.
