  • Individual immunizations prices will apply
  • Medicare, private insurance - your insurance will be billed
  • Co-payments and payments for immunizations not covered by insurance are due at time of service
  • Immunization patient assistance programs are available for some immunizations for those who meet financial eligibility. Applications can be processed during your visit
