Eligibility Requirements
Adults 19 and older. Please bring documentation of past vaccines if available.
Fees or Payment
- Individual vaccines prices will apply
- Medicare, private insurance - your insurance will be billed
- Co-payments and payments for vaccines not covered by insurance are due at time of service
- Vaccine patient assistance programs are available for some vaccines for those who meet financial eligibility. Applications can be processed during your visit
