    • Flu (Quadrivalent and Highdose available)
    • Pneumonia (Pneumovax 23 only)

    • Rabies - pre and post exposure

Eligibility Requirements

Adults 19 and older. Please bring documentation of past vaccines if available.

Fees or Payment

  • Individual vaccines prices will apply
  • Medicare, private insurance - your insurance will be billed
  • Co-payments and payments for vaccines not covered by insurance are due at time of service
  • Vaccine patient assistance programs are available for some vaccines for those who meet financial eligibility. Applications can be processed during your visit
