Mobile Home and Recreational Vehicle Parks


Mobile Home and Recreational Vehicle Parks are licensed and inspected by the Florida Department of Health in Collier County. Inspections generally focus on the following areas:

  • Proper sewage disposal
  • Safe drinking water
  • Safe solid waste collection and disposal

Permitting and Inspection

Mobile Home Parks must be permitted prior to opening. The following information must be submitted to our office:

  • Completed Application
  • Scaled Site Plan of the park with information concerning the water system, sewage disposal system, and any swimming pools and/or spas
  • Application Fee**

**PLEASE NOTE: Permitting fees will vary based on the amount of spaces your park contains; we will assist to calculate the correct fee.**
