Services
- Provides case management services to people living with HIV/AIDS.
- Case management is the first step to accessing medical and dental care. This program includes case management, treatment adherence support, medication, housing assistance, and referrals as needed

- Proof of HIV status

- Be at or below 400% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)

ADAP Insurance
Services are provided through assistance with insurance premiums and medication co-payments and/or deductibles to clients with insurance.
Services
- ADAP Insurance Program covers out-of-pocket expenses such as monthly premiums payments, medication co-payments, and/or deductibles for eligible ADAP clients with prescription drug coverage.
- Plans that are eligible for wraparound assistance include: Marketplace plans, Medicare Part D insurance, Employer Sponsored insurance and COBRA policies.
- The program encourages uninsured clients to register on an ADAP approved marketplace insurance through Broward Regional Health Planning Council.
