Community Outreach and Presentations

The Florida Department of Health in Collier County (DOH-Collier) participates in local health related events as part of our mission to protect, promote and improve the health of all people. By partnering with local organizations, we aim to raise health awareness and promote healthy behavior change in our community.

Please complete and submit the Outreach Request Form at least two months before your event date. Our participation will be based on the availability of our staff and resources at the time of your request. We will confirm or decline our participation no later than one month before your event date.
