  • Screening for Syphilis, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia and HIV
  • Hepatitis assessment and testing
  • Hepatitis A and B vaccines provided to individuals at high risk
  • Medical exams, diagnosis and treatment of sexually transmitted diseases
  • Treatment for genital warts
  • HPV Vaccines

Walk-In Clinic available every Tuesday from 8 am to 3:15 pm (Naples)
Monday - Friday from 8 am to 4 pm (Immokalee)

Eligibility Requirements

Minors under 12 must be accompanied by a parent

Fees or Payment

  • DOH-Collier will bill Medicare, Medicaid and private insurances
  • $32.00 - includes STD and HIV screening
  • Herpes testing done at the same time is an additional $15.00
  • Treatment for genital warts - $50.00 per treatment (may require more than one treatment)
