Ryan White Case Management

  • Provides case management services to people living with HIV/AIDS.
  • Case management is the first step to accessing medical and dental care. This program includes case management, treatment adherence support, medication, housing assistance, and referrals as needed.

AIDS Drug Assistance Program (ADAP)

Provides access to life-saving medications for the treatment of HIV/AIDS and opportunistic infections for low-income insured, underinsured or uninsured individuals living with HIV/AIDS in Florida. Clients enrolled n ADAP with an income of at least 50% of the federal poverty level may be eligible for assistance with insurance premium payments, medication co-payments, and/or deductibles, for plans supported by ADAP. Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA)

  • Provides temporary housing assistance to eligible individuals living with HIV/AIDS
  • Services include transitional housing, assistance with rent, mortgage, and utilities

Clients must register with HIV case management by calling 239-252-8593 prior to scheduling an appointment for medical services.


HIV, STD, and Hepatitis Counseling and Testing

  • Rapid HIV testing with test result in 20 minutes
  • Syphilis, chlamydia, gonorrhea, and herpes testing
  • Hepatitis screenings and vaccines to high risk populations
